After you have made your purchase, I will need your dodo code, which you can send to me via the Chat service, email or text message. Please include your name and invoice number so I can locate your order and delivery the correct item!

When your scheduled appointment arrives, I will send you a message that contains the dodo code as well as some basic island information.

If you purchase a treasure loot trip, then yes you can make as many trips back and forth as you can fit into your scheduled time. If you purchase a villager, then no, it is only one visit, but you can learn DIYs on the island as well.

Most of the time, it's pretty quick. Within an hour. Sometimes it's a few hours, but it's almost always the same day unless we have some pressing business that we can't miss. If it's imperative that you get on the island by a certain time, you can reach out to us and we will do our best to make it happen!

Getting villagers from a treasure island is just like getting a villager from one of the mystery islands you can travel to with a Nook Miles Ticket. You will need to have an open plot which means the villager you are replacing has to be out of boxes and moved out completely. If you are time traveling to make this happen, this is the timeline: Day 1 - Villager asks to move out. Day 2 - Villager is in boxes. Day 3 - Villager has moved out and your plot is empty. This is when you can adopt a new villager. Day 4 - If you travelled to this day, then your plot will have auto-filled with a random villager and you'll have to try again. If you don't yet have all of your 10 villagers on your island, you can talk to Tom Nook and purchase an empty plot as well.

Once you make your purchase, we will be in contact to set up delivery. We are usually available within an hour, but please allow up to 24 hours in the event of a delay. We will need your dodo code and once we have it, we'll bring you the gold or NMTs. If you are purchasing gold, please sell it directly to Timmy or Tommy inside the shop. Do not sell to the dropbox or you will not receive the full amount you paid for.

Just shoot us a message, either a text, an email, a Facebook message or a DM in Discord and we'll help you out! Once you've joined the discord, we'll have to add you in to the subscription channels so that you can access the dodo codes. You won't see them right away, but we'll get you set up asap!

Absolutely!! You can adopt one of the villagers that is in boxes on the islands or you can order your own through the Discord Order Bot (also known as Leonard the Travelling Merchant). Instructions for that are in the Discord. Though it's called the "Order Bot", it's a free service offered to all subscribers. You do not need to pay extra for placing orders through the Order Bot.

No, if they are on the same switch, it just requires the individual plan.

If you have more than one switch, yes you would need a family plan to use all your switches with the islands.

That's okay! We have a lot of discord newbies here. What you'll need to know is pretty limited for accessing the islands. Basic step by step process is: Download Discord onto your phone or computer. It is available on the App Store, the Play Store and online at www.discord.com. Create a username and password. Join the AC Daily Freebies Discord server here: https://discord.gg/rafTj544kE Agree to the rules that pop up when you join.
