How do I redeem a delivery purchase?

After you have made your purchase, I will need your dodo code, which you can send to me via the Chat service, email or text message. Please include your name and invoice number so I can locate your order and delivery the correct item!

How do I get to your island for a treasure loot trip?

Accepted Answer

When your scheduled appointment arrives, I will send you a message that contains the dodo code as well as some basic island information.

Can I make multiple trips on your island?

Accepted Answer

If you purchase a treasure loot trip, then yes you can make as many trips back and forth as you can fit into your scheduled time.
 
If you purchase a villager, then no, it is only one visit, but you can learn DIYs on the island as well.

Question 4

How long is the wait time to get on the island?

Accepted Answer

Most of the time, it's pretty quick. Within an hour. Sometimes it's a few hours, but it's almost always the same day unless we have some pressing business that we can't miss.

If it's imperative that you get on the island by a certain time, you can reach out to us and we will do our best to make it happen!

How do the Villagers in Boxes work?

Getting villagers from a treasure island is just like getting a villager from one of the mystery islands you can travel to with a Nook Miles Ticket. You will need to have an open plot which means the villager you are replacing has to be out of boxes and moved out completely. If you are time traveling to make this happen, this is the timeline:
 
Day 1 - Villager asks to move out. 
Day 2 - Villager is in boxes.
Day 3 - Villager has moved out and your plot is empty. This is when you can adopt a new villager.
Day 4 - If you travelled to this day, then your plot will have auto-filled with a random villager and you'll have to try again. 
 
If you don't yet have all of your 10 villagers on your island, you can talk to Tom Nook and purchase an empty plot as well.

Question 6

How do the Gold packs and NMT packs work?

Once you make your purchase, we will be in contact to set up delivery. We are usually available within an hour, but please allow up to 24 hours in the event of a delay. 
 
We will need your dodo code and once we have it, we'll bring you the gold or NMTs. If you are purchasing gold, please sell it directly to Timmy or Tommy inside the shop. Do not sell to the dropbox or you will not receive the full amount you paid for.
