Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel a subscription, please contact Annie at annie@actreasurecove.com. You can also reach out through the discord server or private message, or through text at 314-266-9733.

If you made a visit purchase and decided you no longer need it, cancellations are accepted as long as the purchase has not already been redeemed.
Refund & Villager Exchange Policy
As with cancellations, as long as the purchase has not yet been redeemed, refunds are allowed within 7 days of purchase.

If you purchase a specific villager and decide, before redeeming, that you would like to exchange for a different villager, you may do so. Just let us know so we have the correct villager on the island for you.
